We’ve all seen the Staples’ commercial showing their “easy button” and I’m sure many wish a button like that really did exist in real life. Think about how much easier it would be if there really was a button that we can just press and then all our problems would be resolved. Unfortunately in real life, there is no such thing. However, there is something that is somewhat close, at least for those in the business world.

Room reservation software allows for businesses to schedule rooms, office space, hotel rooms, parking spaces, and other similar spaces for their use. The best part of this? It can all be done with a click of a mouse on your computer while sitting at your desk. Although it isn’t an “easy button,” you have to admit, it is quite close.

The feature allows you to find and reserve the space that you need for a meeting or a business related event from an easy to use software. Everything is done electronically online which eliminates the hassle of calling anyone and trying to reserve the space. In addition, the reservation software shows which spaces are available and which are already occupied for that day and then you have the option of choosing another date and time that best suits your needs.

Although this isn’t the “easy button” that we would all like to have, it definitely comes close to making our job a little easier.
