DeskFlex & Professional Resource Management are two separate, but co-located, companies which offer two major product lines, Agent Power and DeskFlex. Both PRM and DeskFlex are incorporated in Illinois. DeskFlex, Inc. owns and licenses the DeskFlex software. Professional Resource Management, Inc. owns the Agent Power Software and acts as the General Agent for DeskFlex, Inc. Agent Power began in 1987 and has been continually enhanced since then. DeskFlex got it's start in 1993 and continues to grow and evolve.
