Agent Power
During development of AgentPower, since 1987, we have worked with not only Nortel and Avaya ACDs, but also with ROLM. All 5 modules work with Nortel, Avaya, and ROLM ACDs, and the Planning and Scheduling Module works with any modern ACD system.

Since 1993, we have designed DeskFlex to work with Nortel and Avaya PBXs. We are a Nortel Developer Partner and an Avaya Developer Community Member and have received compatibility certifications on various PBX models over the years.
