No separate Outlook setup is required. DeskFlex uses the same Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) connection already configured for Microsoft authentication.
Configure
Enable Active Directory with Outlook Sync in DeskFlex Settings, and then go to Login SSO. Calendar permissions are approved during the Grant Admin Consent process.
