How is DeskFlex priced?
DeskFlex pricing is based on the number of workplace spaces you manage, not the number of employees using the platform.
What's included in each package?
Every package includes DeskFlex's core workplace management platform, including desk booking, meeting room booking, workplace analytics, SSO, and standard integrations.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to the next package or add additional workplace capacity as your organization grows.
Are subscriptions billed annually?
Yes. Standard plans are sold as annual subscriptions.
What if I manage more than 100 spaces?
Enterprise pricing is available for organizations managing 100 or more workplace spaces. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Is Microsoft 365 included?
Single sign-on (SSO) with Microsoft Entra is included in every package. Calendar synchronization and Microsoft Teams status integration are available through the Microsoft 365 Deep Integration add-on.
