Every package includes DeskFlex’s core workplace management platform, including desk booking, meeting room booking, workplace analytics, SSO, and standard integrations.
Can I upgrade later?

Are subscriptions billed annually?
Yes. Standard plans are sold as annual subscriptions.
What if I manage more than 100 spaces?
Enterprise pricing is available for organizations managing 100 or more workplace spaces. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Is Microsoft 365 included?
Single sign-on (SSO) with Microsoft Entra is included in every package. Calendar synchronization and Microsoft Teams status integration are available through the Microsoft 365 Deep Integration add-on.
