Permanent Users

A Permanent user (a user that is not required to make reservations or to check in every day) logs in, he has the added option of choosing “Release Space” whenever he wants.

Check-in and Release Space

The user has to check in to permanent space before he can create a gap, releasing his space into the available pool. After the user has checked in to his permanent space, he has the option to create a release period. A release period will release the user’s permanent space into the available desk sharing pool for a specified period. The user selects the Starting and Ending dates and times for the Release Period, and optionally enters any comment and/or phone number where he can be reached. A verification screen allowing the user to create another Release Period or modify/delete any existing Release Period(s).
