DeskFlex Inc. collects the very basic personal data of its users and clients via direct contact and web forms submission and is responsible for ensuring that your data is handled according to applicable laws. This personal data policy is valid from 25 May 2018.

Using DeskFlex service implies that you have read and agreed to our Personal Data Policy. Accepting the DeskFlex Personal Data Policy is voluntary and will allow DeskFlex to view, store and process your data. You will be unable to use the DeskFlex service without submitting the required personal data.

To manage your Account: We use your Personal Data for maintaining and managing service subscriptions. The Personal Data collected lets you access the premium features and functionalities.

For the performance of a contract: Your personal information is used in the process of development, compliance, and undertaking of the delivery of service contract with the company.

When a client quits using our service, we delete all the related personal information and usage data within a specific time period. We only retain crucial data for our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and legal agreements and policies.

User Personal Information is not transferred and disclosed to any 3rd party. Personal data is only being stored in EU region and not transferred to any other country outside the EU.

DeskFlex ensures that data processed by external processors, for example, service providers, Cloud services including storage, websites etc. are compliant with this policy and the relevant legislation. 

Data Breach

DeskFlex has a process in place about data breach including reporting of the data breach within 72 hours to the relevant authority or client.

Reseller

Tillerstack GmbH is our reseller in EU and compliant with this policy and the relevant legislation.
